(Saint Petersburg, FL, 2012) St. Petersburg remodeling firm, TriplePoint Design Build, announces it has won two (3) Tampa Bay 2012 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards, as chosen by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Contractors from seven regions around the country vie for the CotY Awards on an annual basis, and as 2012 Regional Winners, these projects will automatically advance to the National CotY awards that will be announced at NARI’S “Evening of Excellence” award ceremony Saturday, April 21st at the Gaylord Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.

TriplePoint won the Tampa Bay CotYs in three categories, Entire Home Remodel, $500,000 to 1,000,000, Residential Kitchen $80,000 to $120,000 and Residential Bath Over $60,000.
The prestigious CotY Awards represent a national competition between 800,000 remodeling companies and individuals whom are members of NARI in good standing. The entries of this year’s competition totaled nearly $90 million worth of remodeling projects.
