(Saint Petersburg, FL, 2013) St. Petersburg remodeling firm, TriplePoint Design Build, announces it has won four (4) Tampa Bay 2013 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards, as chosen by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Contractors from throughout the entire Tampa Bay area vie for the local CotY Awards on an annual basis. As 2013 Tampa Bay CotY Winners, contractors are able to showcase their extraordinary work as they advance to compete in the 2013 Regional Coty Awards.

TriplePoint won the Tampa Bay West Coast CotYs in three categories, Residential Addition $100,000 to $250,000, Residential Kitchen $80,000 to $120,000 and Residential Exterior, under $100,000. TriplePoint Design Build also, placed in a fourth category, Entire Home Remodel under $250,000, an entry that also won Regional Entire Home Remodel under $250,000.
The prestigious CotY Awards represent a national competition between 800,000 remodeling companies and individuals whom are members of NARI in good standing. The entries of this year’s competition totaled nearly $90 million worth of remodeling projects.
