Every TriplePoint Design Build project is built on the personal integrity and dedication of Neal Fiske and his commitment to deliver projects of exceptional quality, that are on time and within budget. Neal invests the time to cultivate client relations and develop a deep understanding of his client’s needs, wants, and wishes regarding their home transformation. His insightful nature allows him to craft his clients’ visions into custom designs that are aesthetically stunning, extremely functional and exceed his clients’ expectations. Throughout construction, Neal personally visits every project site to provide direction and supervision to his highly skilled field personnel and proven trade partners. Neal has developed strong, long-term relationships with Tampa Bay’s best subcontractors and wholesale suppliers, ensuring the highest quality service and materials for all of TriplePoint’s remodeling projects. Understanding the evolution of the design/build process Neal’s practices afford flexibility and highlight his astute ability to “design on the fly.”
Neal has more than 35 years of design/build experience in all areas of residential remodeling and home construction. Neal graduated from NJIT, New Jersey Institute of Technology, with a dual degree in Engineering and Architectural Design. He spent the early years of his career working with sophisticated homeowners in the New York/New Jersey area on challenging and complex projects that involved large scale, whole house remodeling.
After relocating to the Florida, he earned his State Certified Building Contractor license and has been a pioneer in the design/build concept of residential remodeling in the Tampa Bay area. He formed TriplePoint Design Build and has been coveted with over 75 different national, regional, and local awards for building and design excellence.
Aside from being a Florida State Certified Builder, Neal is an active member of many accredited associations, including the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, NARI. With several national, regional, and local NARI Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards, Neal regularly attends continuing education on the state of the art construction techniques and keeps apprised of ongoing and up to date news that affects the construction industry. In addition, he is extremely well-versed and experienced with all aspects of new building codes and FEMA compliant regulations and requirements.
Neal earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the highest certification the national organization provides. Additionally, Neal was involved in developing the Green Certification program for the NARI Tampa Bay organization and became one of the first contractors to become a Green Certified Professional (GCP) in the southeast. Neal achieved his Lead Safe Professional Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency and became one of the first firms in the Tampa Bay area to become Lead Safe Certified.
